While CredaHub helps organizations manage identity and credential data, you remain responsible for ensuring that your use complies with HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, and any other applicable regulations or internal policies.
CredaHub implements industry-standard security measures, which may include strong encryption, identity-bound credential binding, and immutable audit logs via the Creda Registry. However, no system is completely secure.

CredaHub may integrate with third-party identity providers, hospital systems, HRIS platforms, access control systems, verification partners, and other external services.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party tools complies with their terms and applicable laws. Creda is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.
The CredaHub platform, dashboards, APIs, architecture, trademarks, branding, and all underlying technology are owned or licensed by Creda Technologies or its affiliates.

Creda’s total cumulative liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services giving rise to the claim.
Your organization remains solely responsible for hiring, onboarding, privileging, and access decisions made using the platform.
Creda may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
Upon termination, access to dashboards, APIs, and connected environments may be revoked. Certain obligations, such as confidentiality and intellectual property protections, will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
